A Registrar manages student admissions, registration, academic records, scheduling, and graduation processes to ensure accurate and efficient academic administration.
Admission requirements for full-time degree programs
Applicants must complete secondary education, meet the national exam cutoff, submit official transcripts, provide identification documents, and satisfy program-specific criteria set by the MOE or college.
An applicant who has successfully completed a level IV TVET program, Diploma 10+3 and 12+2 and Pass level I to IV CoC examination must satisfy the following criteria.
- Produce an official transcript from the University/college from where they obtained the diploma
- Produce the original and copy of diploma
- Produce the original and copy of Certificate of Competency (CoC)
- Produce the original and copy EHEEE score card
- Letter of at least one years of work experience in their profession after obtaining the diploma
- Produce the original and copy of degree and student copy
- Produce an official student copy from the University/college from where they obtained the degree
